• Cancellations made **7 days before departure**: **Full refund** (excluding service charges).
• Cancellations made **3-6 days before departure**: **50% refund**.
• Cancellations made **less than 3 days before departure**: **No refund**.

4. Travel Documentation

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.

GatewayofDreamz is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, or tour operators.
