2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

• Flight Bookings: Refunds are subject to airline policies. Cancellation charges may apply.
• Hotel Bookings: Refunds depend on the hotel's cancellation policy. Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded.
• Tour Packages: Partial refunds may be available if canceled within the stipulated time frame. Processing fees apply.
• Custom Bookings: Special requests, such as visa processing, may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed as follows:

• Domestic refunds: 7-10 business days.
• International refunds: 14-21 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of travel).
• No-show at the time of departure.
• Failure to provide necessary travel documents.
• Bookings made under non-refundable promotions.
